I'm so excited for you; that you've landed on this page looking to explore yourself, update and strengthen your mental & emotional health, so you can feel and have a sense of freedom in managing and living your life from a place of abundance.

You live life operating from 2 Vibratory Energy States; FEAR, like uncertainty, failure, rejection and anger for examples; and LOVE, like compassion, kindness, trust and joy; and each fight to control the other through-out all your experiences, a time where you get to learn more about yourself.

In all your experiences ONE state is always stronger than the other. They influence you to make choices and decisions whether they bring out the best from you in your life or bring out the worse. Each significantly contribute to how you feel about your life and the management of it; making it easier or more challenging for you. 

The reason for these stronger states is because of the institutional mindsets you've been influenced by, the beliefs and thinking that you've held onto into adulthood from childhood and the power you have given them.

This is where your journey begins. Owning where you are, where you live from and learning how to view the world with different lenses; so that you can take back CONTROL of your life, showing up how you want to be in the world and navigating it to where you want to go.
